Griffins Introduction Blog
My name is Griffin. I am a business major pursuing this degree in the hopes that I can own a small business someday. I would like to open a Deli/Sandwich food truck and serve cold cuts and bulk products for an affordable price. Food is my passion and I love to cook. Along with sandwiches I also like cooking pizza's, taco's, spanikopita, and soups. Those are the most fun and enjoyable to me. I enjoy making everything from scratch, and getting a deeper understanding of the food I eat and make. Some of my hobbies are camping, fishing, shooting and playing video games. I've been playing "arc raiders" lately but enjoy more RPG's like "Baulder's Gate". Here is a bad picture of some chicken tacos I made the other night.
